About us

A British nursery in Al Wasit, Sharjah, since 2019

Red Roses British Nursery opened in 2019 in Al Goaz, in the Al Wasit area of Sharjah. We follow the British EYFS curriculum for children from 45 days to four years old.

A nursery in a family villa, with the feel of a home and the structure of a British early years setting.

Our building is a two-storey villa on Sheikh Khalid Bin Khalid Al Qasimi Street, with arched windows and an outdoor play area with seesaws, a carousel, a playhouse and ride-on toys.

Inside, children are grouped by age: infants, toddlers, pre-nursery and FS1. Around 60 children attend each day, in a playful, stimulating environment that encourages early learning, curiosity and creativity.

Message from the principal

Welcome to Red Roses British Nursery!

At Red Roses British Nursery, we believe that every child is unique, capable and full of potential. The early years are a precious time of discovery and we are committed to making every moment meaningful and joyful.

Our nursery follows the British Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, providing a nurturing environment where children learn through play and exploration. We focus on developing the whole child across all seven areas of learning while building confidence, independence and a lifelong love of learning.

We are equally proud to embrace Emirati culture, Islamic values and respect for our heritage, helping children develop a strong sense of identity and belonging alongside the skills they need for the future.

Our dedicated team works in close partnership with families to ensure that every child feels safe and valued. We believe that when parents and educators work together, children flourish.

We look forward to welcoming your family into our nursery community and creating beautiful memories together. And to our parents, thank you for choosing Red Roses British Nursery as part of your child's early learning journey.

Our approach

What matters to us

  1. 01

    Small by design

As a small nursery, every teacher knows every child by name and every parent knows who to talk to.

  2. 02

    Learning through play

Children aged 45 days to 4 years learn with their hands and bodies. We plan play carefully so that it teaches, then give children time to explore.

  3. 03

    Partnership with parents

You know your child best. We share what we notice at nursery and listen to what you see at home, so we can support your child together.
